Fishlee is a free, private logbook for families, provided by H&Co Smart Admin (ABN 92 966 052 420). It is a record-keeping tool, not fishing, legal or safety advice. Size and bag limits come from the Queensland Government's official rules and it is your responsibility to check them there.

There is no charge to families and no plan to introduce one.

A parent or carer (18 or over) sets up and holds the family account. The whole family, kids included, uses it. The account holder is responsible for the people they add and for everything entered under the account, including by children on their own devices.

You may install Fishlee on a child's phone or tablet signed in to your account. You remain the account holder. Keep your email secure, because password reset codes go there. Sign a device out with "Done for today" if it leaves the family.

Catches, notes and photos belong to you. Pictures and Yearbooks you make from your catches are yours. They are created on your device and shared only when you choose. You give us permission only to store them and show them to your family. Only upload photos you have the right to use, and be thoughtful about photos of other people's children. Do not upload anything unlawful, harmful or that is not yours.

Supervise children near water. Fishlee is a logbook, not a safety device, and the Before you go links to tides and weather are provided for convenience; check official sources before you head out.

We may change, pause or close Fishlee. If we close it, we will give at least 60 days' notice by email to the account holder and in the app, and the download in parent settings will stay available until closing. After closing, all data is deleted.

You can delete your family at any time from parent settings. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or that has not been used for two years, after emailing the account holder as described in the privacy policy.

Fishlee is provided as is. We do our best to keep it working and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss caused by relying on it. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to supplying the service again.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
